Elicitins是一类分子量约为 1 0kD的小分子蛋白激发子 ,由Phytophthora和Pythium两个属的植物病原卵菌胞外分泌产生 ,在烟草上引起过敏性反应 (hypersensitiveresponse,HR)和系统获得抗病性 (systemicacquiredresistance ,SAR)。文中从Elicitins结构与功能、生物学意义、基因表达调控 。
Most species of the genus Phytophthora and Pythium produce extracellular protein elicitors called elicitins with around 10 kD molecular weight. These elicitins have a high degree of homology and induce hypersensitive response (HR) and induce systemic acquired resistance (SAR) against various pathogens in tobacco plants, and display acidic or basic characteristics. The basic elicitins are more efficient than the acidic elicitins in causing necrosis. Elicitins, signal proteins, were used to study signal transduction pathways in plants, and used to promote plant disease resistance by gene engineering or directly spraying.
