The technological System of Seismic Precursory Network Center in Heilongjiang Province is introduced briefly in this paper. Key points involved with the management and maintenance of Seismic Precursory Network Center are analyzed entirely. At the same time, some aspects that should be strengthened and ameliorated in the Seismic Precursory Network Center of Heilongjiang Province in the future are also indicated.
