摘要
用溴麝香草酚蓝对芦笋、木姜子和绞股蓝的叶样进行测试,结果表明,雌性药液呈黄色至黄绿色反应。雄性呈蓝色至蓝绿色反应。其鉴别植物雌雄性的总准确率达到95%以上。本法操作容易,简单易行,可供在生产实践中推广应用。
The leaf samples of Asparagus officinalis, Litsea cubeba, and Gynostemma pentaphyllum have been tested with bromotbymol blue. The results indicate that the bromothymol blue becomes yellow or yellowish green after reacting with the leaves of the male pliant, but becomes blue or bluish green with the leaves of the female plant. The rate of reliability is above 95%. This method is easy and simple, and can be used in practice.
