摘要 钢球钢盘无级变速器是一种结构简单,传动平稳,调速范围大的变速装置。国内一些厂家从60年代末开始试制,但由于缺乏必要的理论指导,至今尚未过关。本文从力学的角度出发,对这种变速器的传动原理进行了运动分析和动力分析,并对其设计计算进行了探讨。 Steel ball/disc continuously variable speed drive is a device which has a simple structure with a wide speed range and smooth operation. Some plants in China have been testing it since the late 1960s, but all have not succeeded for lack of the guidance of a necessary theory. From the viewpoint of mechanics, the transmission principle of the device has been analysed both in kinematics and in dynamics, and its design calculation has been discussed.
