摘要
在对钢球钢盘无级变速器进行运动分析和动力分析的基础上,本文对其传动特性进行了分析和计算,提出了创造材料和中心距对其寿命有直接影响的见解。并在计算机驱动的绘图机所画出的钢球运动轨迹图上得到了证实,通过上述一系列的分析表明,合理选择材科和确定中心距,是延长这种变速器寿命的关键。
Based on the theory of Section I, the transmission characteristics of the continuously variable speed drive with the steel ball/disc has been analysed and calculated. A new idea that both the steel materials and the central distance directly influence the service life of the device has been pointed out and proved by the steel ball/disc locus diagram on the drafting machine. Therefore, rational selection of the material and the central distance is the key measure for prolonging the service life of the variable speed drive.
