摘要
为建立超氧阴离子自由基 (O2·- )引发人红细胞膜氧化损伤实验模型 ,研究马齿苋总黄酮对红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。以邻苯三酚在碱性条件下自氧化产生 (O2·- )引发人红细胞膜氧化损伤 ,并以此为实验模型研究马齿苋总黄酮对红细胞膜封闭能力唾液酸、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。结果显示 :(O2·- )能引起红细胞膜重封闭能力显著降低 ,其平均封闭度为 4 1 9% ,红细胞膜唾液酸含量较正常膜显著下降 ,MDA含量显著增加。而预先加入不同浓度的马齿苋总黄酮后能显著增加膜封闭能力 ,红细胞膜唾液酸含量较氧化膜显著增加 ,MDA含量显著降低。且存在明显的剂量效应依赖关系。提示 :马齿苋总黄酮对红细胞膜氧化损伤具有保护作用。
To establish a model of oxidative damage in erythrocyte ghost induced by superoxide anion free radicals (SAFR), and to study the protective action of portulaca total flavone on oxidative damage was induced by SAFR which was produced by auto-oxidation of pyrogallic acid. The effect of portulaca total flavone on erythrocyte ghost, the content of salivary acid and MDA were studied. Results: SAFR can apparently alleviate blocking degree, the content of salivary acid decreased more obviously; MDA increased more apparently than normal ghost; but portulaca total flavone improved significantly the membrane blocking degree, the content of salivary acid increased more obviously; MDA decreased more apparently than oxidative damage ghost and there was dose-effect relationship. It is indicated that portulaca total flavone had protective action for erythrocyte ghost blocking degree.
