摘要
用隧道扫描显微镜在室温条件下,低真空环境中,对以石墨为衬底的碳纳米管进行观测,在数十个纳米范围内显示了变形碳纳米管的原子结构,分析了变形碳纳米管的形成。
Using scanning tunneling microscope under the condition of room temperature and low vacuum,detect carbon nanotubes whose bottom is getect carbon nanotubes whose bottom is Graphite, In the scope of lots of nanometres show the atomic structure of changeable carbon nanotubes and analyze the form of changeable carbon nanotubes.
