磺酸系双子表面活性剂的合成与分离 被引量:10

摘要 运用两步法与正交试验得出磺酸系双子表面活性剂合成的优化条件.通过重结晶对中间体和最终产品进行分离提纯.分离出中间体α-磺酸月桂酸(简称α-SLA),测得其熔点为49~50℃,在生物显微镜下观察为透明片状晶体,由红外光谱认证结构.合成并分离出目标产品——聚乙二醇(α-磺酸盐)月桂酸单、双酯(简称α-SLPM和α-SLPD),其中后者为磺酸系双子表面活性剂.红外光谱认证,二者熔点测定值均在300℃以上. By applying two-step method and orthogonal experiment method, the optimum operation condition for synthesizing sulfonic acid series gemini surfactant was obtained. The intermediate and final products were all purified by recrystallization. The melting point of intermediate (α-sulfonic acid-based) lauric acid(α-SLA) was determined to be 49-50 ℃. Its transparent sheet crystal structure was observed under bio-microscope and its chemical structure was identified by IR. Two final products were synthesized and separated. They were polyethylene glycol mono-(α-sulfonic salt) lauric ester (α-SLPM) and polyethylene glycol di-(α-sulfonic salt) lauric ester (α-SLPD, gemini surfactant). They were identified by IR and their melting points are over 300 ℃.
