摘要
在普通延迟焦化装置的运转周期中,采用变换原料、加热炉出口温度和循环比的操作方式,可以降低石油焦的挥发分,提高石油焦质量,在加工量不变的情况下,工业装置的对比试验表明,该操作方式的专利技术切实可行。在运转周期的前19h中,以0.1的小循环比、490℃的加热炉出口温度和大流量地加入减压渣油原料操作;在此后的5h中,将原料减压渣油切换为焦化蜡油,以0.3的循环比、510℃的加热炉出口温度操作,石油焦的挥发分可降低6.34个百分点,强度和粒度分布有较大改善,而其收率降低1.4个百分点,除焦水压力需由12MPa提高到20MPa,装置的综合能耗增加37.3MJ/t,操作参数的调整较频繁。
Variations of feedstock, furnace outlet temperature and recycle ratio could reduce the volatile fraction in petroleum coke and improve the coke quality during the running cycle of conventional delayed coker. The commercial test showed that at constant throughput, applying 0.1 recycle, 490℃ furnace outlet temperature and feeding high flow rate of VR at the first 19h, and succeeded with feeding coker gatch instead of VR, using 0.3 recycle ratio and 510℃ furnace outlet temperature for 5h, the volatile fraction in the coke dropped by 6.34 percentage, the coke yield decreased by 1.4 percentages, and the intensity and granular distribution of the coke were improved. However, the hydraulic decoking pressure should be raised from 12MPa to 20MPa; the overall energy consumption increased by 37.3MJ/t; and the operating parameters needed to be adjusted frequently.
