摘要
从催化裂化烧碳动力学出发,运用化学反应工程学的方法,分析讨论了并列、串联并流、串联逆流3种催化裂化两段再生器形式的结构特点,以及它们在国内工业装置上的应用。讨论了在催化裂化再生器中焦中氢元素的燃烧,并推算出其相对燃烧速度。
Structural features of 3 types FCC 2 stage regenerators arrangements, side by side, concurrent and counter current flows in series, are discussed based on the FCC coke burning kinetics with chemical reaction engineering method. The applications in domestic commercial units are introduced and analyzed. The combustion of hydrogen in coke under regeneration is also discussed and its relative burning rate is reckoned.
