摘要
在实验室利用配制的减三线和减四线馏分油,考察了馏程宽度对溶剂精制和溶剂脱蜡过程的影响。结果表明,馏程宽度在60℃左右的窄馏分油和粘度与它相等的馏程宽度在120℃左右的宽馏分油,在同一溶剂、相同条件下,精制深度相同时,精制油收率前者比后者都有提高,提高的程度在试验溶剂中以甲基吡咯烷酮为最高(一段精制时可提高4~6个百分点),其次是糠醛和酚;在用配制的馏分油精制油进行溶剂脱蜡时,窄馏分油比宽馏分油的脱蜡油收率提高2~5个百分点,过滤速度提高2.0~2.5倍,脱蜡温差有所降低。
The effect of distillation range width on solvent refining and solvent dewaxing was investigated in laboratory with formulated distillates by blending the 3 rd and 4 th vacuum cuts. The result showed that comparing the distillates around 60℃ distillation range width with the distillates around 120℃ distillation range width having same viscosity at same solvent, operating conditions and test severity, the refined oil yields of the former were higher than those of the latter. The best extraction solvent was methyl pyrrolidone (the yield increased by 4-6 percentages in single stage treating), and the next ones were furfural and phenol. In comparison the dewaxing of narrow distillate with wide distillate, the dewaxed oil yield of the former was 2-5 percentages higher than the latter, the filtrate rate of the former was 2.0-2.5 times of the latter, and the temperature difference of the former was lower.
