摘要
在10L发酵罐和3000L中试装置上,以正构烷烃为原料对重复批式发酵生产长链二元酸工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明不同培养时间的发酵液均可以作为种子重新培养,其菌体生长速度和产酸水平与传统间歇式逐级培养的种子相同,可为连续发酵工艺提供依据。
The repeated batch fermentative process for long chain dicarboxylic acids (DCA) from alkane was studied. The 10L bioreactor and 3000L pilot plant results showed that the microbe cells from different fermentative times could be applied as seeds for cultivating again. The growing speed of the microbe cells and the yields of DCA were similar to that of the seeds cultivated from traditional intermittent process. The new process could provide the foundation of continuous fermentation.
