摘要
电子商务时代的来临将使传统的物流与商流、信息流、资金流重新整合,本文探讨了我国物流法律制度的现状和当前我国物流产业制度方面存在的问题,提出了我国物流法律制度的体系内容以及我国物流法律制度安排的设想,本文强调物流法律制度的构建将对我国物流业的发展起到引导、规范、促进和保障的作用。
Electronic business integrates the traditional logistics,information,and financial flows.The article investigates problems on Chinese logistics legal system and logistics industrial rules,and suggests the contents of Chinese logistics legal system and arrangement of the rules.The article emphasizes that the construction of Chinese logistics legal system will be guiding,ruling,promoting and supporting the development of logistics industry in China.
