企业信息化过程中的信息资源规划

Information resource planning for informationization of enterprises

针对目前我国企业信息化过程中存在的问题,本文分析了信息资源规划对企业信息化的重要性,并详细论述了企业实施信息资源规划的步骤和应当注意的问题。

To the problems that exist in the course of informationization of Chinese enterprises,this paper analyses the importance of information resource planning(IRP),and discusses the approaches to implement IRP.At last the problems that should be noticed in implementing IRP are discussed.
