论实现小康目标必须破解的三大难题

Three major difficult problems to be solved for the realization of the objective of well-off society

在解读党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会目标的基础上,指出了实现小康目标所必须破解的三大难题,并进一步就农村城市化、缩小收入差距和西部再开发问题作了分析,提出了解决的思路与办法。

On the basis of reading to the objective of well-off society proposed in the 16th Congress of CPC,this paper points out the three major difficult problems which must be solved for the performance of well-off society.And then the paper analyzes further the problems of rural urbanization,reduction of income difference,and redevelopment of western China,and finally suggests some measures for solving the problems.
