摘要
提出基于模糊能量函数的人力资源结构优化配置方法,并对现有人力资源结构合理性和协调性程度的评价给出了具体方法。
In this paper a novel method of structural configuration of human resource based on fuzzy energy function is proposed,and then some concrete ways for assessing the rationality and coordination of the present human resource structure is provided.
