摘要
以节能为目的 ,应用ASPENPLUS分别对炼油厂的原双塔汽提流程和单塔汽提侧线采出流程进行模拟分析。确定单塔汽提流程主要工艺参数 :塔理论板数为 1 7块 ,冷热配比为 1∶3,热进料位置为第 3块板 ,侧线采出位置是第 9块板。结果表明 ,单塔汽提流程比双塔汽提流程的分离效果更佳 ,而且能耗降低约 60 %。
Using ASPEN PLUS to simulate and analyze the original two towers stripping process in the refinery and single tower stripping process with side withdrawing, the main process conditions of single tower are that the number of theoretical trays is 17, the cold hot ratio is 1∶3, the hot feed position is the 3 rd tray and the side withdrawing position is the 9 th tray. The final results show that the single tower stripping process has better separation effects than that of two towers stripping process, and can reduce about two thirds of energy consumption.
