无铬降粘剂SLS的合成及其性能评价 被引量:12

摘要 铁铬盐作为钻井液降粘剂虽然具有优良的抗盐、抗钙、抗温等性能,但由于对人、畜和植物有毒害作用,其使用逐渐受到了限制。用木质素磺酸盐和有机硅作原料。研制出新型无铬钻井液降粘剂SLS,应用于淡水钻井液中,其性能优于铁铬盐,抗温可达到200℃。全面评价了该降粘剂的性能,包括流变性、渗透率恢复值等。实验结果表明,该降粘剂与聚丙烯酰胺、磺化酚醛树脂具有很好的相容性,可增加它们抗盐、抗温能力。 Ferrochrome lignosulfonate has been used in drilling fluids ash thinning agent for a long time, due to its high tolerance to salt, calcium, temperature. However, ferrochrome lignosulfonates are toxic to humman, animals, and plants. Its use is being limited increasingly. And the novel chrome-free thinner named SLS is produced from lignosulfonates and organosilicon, which is better than ferrochrome lignisulfonate used in water-base drilling fluids for its temperature tolerance up to 200℃. Its properties are evaluated, including rheology, permeability and recovery value, etc. Laboratory data indicates that the additive has good compatibility with polyacrylamide and sulfomethylated phenolic resin with increased resistance to salts and temperature.
