摘要
选用乙烯基阴、阳、非离子单体和有机硅交联剂及无机矿物材料等研制了一种新型吸水膨胀型聚合物堵漏剂—JPD,对其堵漏性能进行了全面的评价,并分析了其堵漏作用机理。评价结果表明:JPD堵漏剂对渗透性、大孔道和裂缝性漏失地层均具有很好的堵漏效果,其承压能力大于7.0MPa,堵漏效果明显优于QDL-3、SDL、Superstop等堵漏剂;同时JPD堵漏剂对不同漏失地层进行封堵后,均具有很好的解堵性能,具有较好的应用前景。
In laboratory, a new water-absorbent expanding polymer plugging agent named JPD is prepared using ethylene negative, positive , nonionic silicon monomer, organic cross-linger and inorganic mineral materials etc. Its properties of plugging are fully appraised, and its mechanism of plugging is analyzed . The results show that JPD is an effective plugging agent for big permeability cavity and cracked leaking layers. Its plugging effect is better than that of other ones, such as QDL-3, SDL and SUPERSTOP. Meanwhile, JPD can bear tremendous strength, greater than 7.0MPa, and its blockage can be relieved easily. Therefore, this novel plugging agent is able to be used widely in the future.
