摘要
对近年来国内外常用运动处方的分类进行了综述,并对我国今后在该领域的研究方向提出了建议。
This paper makes overall review on the classification of exercise prescription which is often used at home and abroad in recent years,and put forward suggestions for our research direction in this field in the future.
