健脾活血通络胶囊治疗肝纤维化大鼠的实验研究

Experimental Study for Using Jianpihuoxuetongluo Capsule to Treat Mice with Liver Fibrosis

目的 研究健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的作用机制。方法 以四氯化碳制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,与大黄虫丸作对照,以ALT、TBIL、A、G、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、HA、LN、CⅣ、PCⅢ、球结膜微循环、血液流变学及肝脏组织病理变化为指标,观察健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的影响。结果 健脾活血通络胶囊能明显改善肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能;调节T淋巴细胞;下调肝纤维化四项指标;改善微循环和血液流变学状态;明显改善肝脏形态改变,使肝纤维化程度显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 健脾活血通络胶囊能治疗肝纤维化大鼠。

Conclusion Jianpihuoxuetonglu capsule can treat the liver fibrosis.
