乙型肝炎病毒对c-fos基因表达调节的影响 被引量:1

摘要 癌基因(oncogene)是一类编码关键性调控蛋白的正常细胞基因,在正常情况下,不表达或只有有限表达,又称原癌基因(proto-oncogene),当受到理化等因素刺激时,他们可以异常表达,导致细胞的增生、分化或癌变,众所周知,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)不仅可引起急慢性病毒性肝炎,而且与肝纤维化和肝细胞癌(HCC)的发生及发展密切相关,许多实验已证实肝细胞癌变过程涉及多种原癌基因的激活和突变,其中HBV对原癌基因c-fos的激活及表达调节也越来越受到关注。通过对HBV与c-fos之间表达调节的阐述,有助于进一步了解HBV导致HCC的分子学机制。
