丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白与白介素-2启动子的调节

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)持续感染,增加了肝纤维化和肝细胞癌(HCC)的危险性,其机制与HCV引起机体免疫调节障碍有关,HCV基因表达产物中,高度保守的HCV核心(core)蛋白具有免疫调节功能,辅助性T细胞产生白介素(IL-2),HCV患者IL-2表达分泌异常,与痊愈有明显相关性,研究表明HCV核心蛋白具有转录激活IL-2启动子的作用,本文对此方面的研究作一综述。
