胃肠功能障碍患者胃黏膜内pH值的监测方法和意义 被引量：23

摘要 胃肠功能障碍容易诱发多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS), 胃黏膜内pH(pHi)值作为研究胃肠功能障碍患者病情变化的主要检测指标,能够敏感反映MODS发生过程中最容易受累的胃肠黏膜缺氧情况,较其他临床指标更早提示患者病情的变化.目前测定胃pHi的方法主要有张力计法和胃管法,二者均能够连续测定胃pHi值,及时准确地反映胃肠功能障碍患者的病情变化.本文通过查阅大量文献资料并结合临床经验,系统阐述了胃肠功能障碍患者胃pHi的监测方法、意义和需要注意的问题,为及早采取相应治疗措施, 预防MODS的发生提供理论依据和临床参考.
