摘要
采用复合酶FW可替代烧碱进行棉织物前处理。通过车间生产试验 ,并对前处理效果、排放废水的COD值、染色性能以及生产成本进行分析。试验结果表明 ,复合酶FW是一种高效环保前处理剂 ,其反应条件温和、pH值呈中性、中温汽蒸、排放废水的COD值低 。
Cotton fabric was pretreated with composite enzyme FW instead of caustic soda. Based on practical applications and analyses from the respects of pretreating effect, COD value of discharged wastewater, dyeing properties as well as production cost , it shows that composite FW is a high-efficiency-environment-friendly agent, it features low reactive temperature, neutral pH value, moderate steaming temperature, and low COD value of discharged water, making it possible to operate clean production.
