实现法治国家最重要的一个问题是培养公民的权利意识 ,唯如此 ,才能真正实现发展民主政治、建设法治国家的目标。其途径 :一是要求公民履行其义务 ;
A very important problem to realize a country ruled bylaw is cultivating power consciousness of the residents.Only in this way can we realize the aim to develop democratic politics and conseruct a country ruled by law.One of the methods is requiring the citizens comply their obligations,the other is supervising the utilization of government power.
