摘要
试验了不同抗氧化剂及活性炭防止芒果离体胚轴褐变的效果,发现0.5%活性炭可有效抑制其褐变。WPM液体培养基外加0.5%活性炭,3%蔗糖,6mg/L IBA,4mg/L KT及pH5.5~5.8,适宜芒果离体胚轴的萌发与生长。
Different kinds of antioxidants and activated charcoal were examined to prevent oxidative browning of excised embryonic axes of mango cultured on medium. It was found that 0.5% activated charcoal was successful in preventing oxidative browning of excised embryonic axes of mango. Plant regeneration from excised embryonic axes of mango was successful when they were cultured on WPM liquid medium supplemented with 0.5%
activated charcoal, 6mg/L IBA, 4mg/L KT and 3% Sucrose, pH 5.5~5.8.
