摘要
测量和研究了γ射线和电子束在斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(NPV)中诱发的长寿命自由基的ESR谱。长寿命自由基的浓度与辐射剂量呈线性关系,而与NPV存活率的关系为“肩型”曲线。辐射在NPV中诱发的自由基的ESR谱明显不同于热能诱发的自由基的ESR谱,并且ESR谱具有超精细结构。本文还提出了DNA断链的一种可能方式。
The Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectra of longevity free radicals in irradiated Prodenia litura Nuclear Polyhedrosis Viruses (NPV) with Gamma-ray and Electron-beam are measured and investigated. The curves of concentration of free radicals with dose of radiation are linear and the curves of survival fraction with concentration of free radicals are shouldered. The ESR spectra of free radicals in irradiated NPV with radiation have hypenfine structure, which are different from the ESR spectra of heat killing. The unpaired electron with three nuclei of spin
I = 1/2 is equally coupled in the longevity free radicals. Consequently, a possible way of strand break of DNA is proposed.
