摘要
苜蓿人工种子在60%RH中脱水3天,仍保持100%萌发和62.5%的成苗率,贮藏5天时失去发芽力。在45%RH中干燥3天后无萌发能力。非脱水状况下,人工种子保存在4℃中1个月,其发芽率和成苗率分别为91%和87%。人工种子直接播种于添加营养液的灭菌混合土中发芽率达100%,成苗率为41.6%。播种在无附加营养的混合土中虽然发芽率达100%,人工种子存活2个月以上,但不能转换成苗。人工种子在转换培养基上转化成苗后,移植至混合土中盆栽3个星期后幼苗成活率达80%以上。盆栽幼苗再移植至试验小区,成活率达98%以上。3个月后形成30cm高的致密草层,平均株高为48.8cm。
After Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) artificial seeds were desiceated in 60% RH for 3 days, 100% of germination and 62.5% of conversion rate were ob-tained in these seeds. None of them survived after drying in 45% RH for 3 days.The artificial seeds those were not desiccated had 91% of germination rate, and 87% of these seeds converted to seedlings after storage for 30 days at 4℃. 100% of arti-ficial seeds germinated and 41.6% of the seeds converted to seedlings on the mixed soil wetted with 1/2 SHO medium under sterile conditions. When the artificial seeds were sowed in the mixed soil without 1/2 SHO medium under sterile conditions,100% of the seeds germinated and most of them survived in 2 to 3 months, but they did not convert into seedlings. The seedlings converted from artificial seeds had 80% of emergence rate after transfering to pots filled with mixed soil after 3 weeks.The seedlings grown in pots for 3 to 4 weeks were further planted in experimental plot. 98% of seedlings grew well. After 3 months the grass layer of seedlings reached 39 cm height, and the height of the plantlet was 48.8 cm.
