摘要
本文报告801例女童阴道真菌培养结果。仅26例阴道真菌培养阳性,分离率3.25％,分离出的菌种多为污染真菌。提示女童阴道菌群中真菌少见。这与儿童期雌激素水平低下,阴道pH值呈弱碱性的生理特点相符。此期真菌性阴道炎少见。
The result of vaginal cultures for fungus from 801 girls was reported. There were 26 positive cultures. The isolation rate was 3.25%. Most of species isolated were contamina-tive fungi. The result indicated that there were few fungi in the vaginal fiora of girls, which was corresponding to the physiological characteristics of low estrogen level and inter vaginal alkalinity in girls. Mycotic vaginitis was rare in girls.
