消化性溃疡患者血清单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型IgG抗体和胃十二指肠粘膜内单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型抗原

A STUDY OF SERUM IGG ANTIBODIES TO HERPES SIMPLEX TYPE-1 AND HERPES SIMPLEX TYPE-1 ANTIGENS OF GASTRODUODENAL MUCOSA IN PEPTIC ULCER

应用酶联免疫学方法(ELISA)测定62例十二指肠溃疡患者(DU),23例胃溃疡患者(GU)及28例对照组的血清单纯疱疹毒毒Ⅰ型IgG(HSV-ⅠIgG)水平。结果表表明,DU组(0.83±0.29U)明显高于对照组(0.55±0.36U,P<0.01)。GU组(0.71±0.30 U)也显著高于对照组(P<0.025)。用抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物技术(ABC)测定20例DU、8例GU及20例正常人的胃十二指肠粘膜HSV-Ⅰ抗原。结果显示,DU组的胃粘膜内HSV-I抗原阳性率(40％)明显高于对照组(10％,P<0.o1)和GU组(为0,P<0.01)。DU组十二指肠粘膜内HSV-Ⅰ抗原阳性率(20％)也明显高于对照组(为0,0.025<P<0.05)。结果提示消化性溃疡(pU)特别是DU的发病可能与HSV-Ⅰ的感染有关。

Serum IgG antibody levels to herpes simplex type-l (HSV-1) were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 62 patients with active duodenal ulcer (DU), 23 patients with active gastric ulcer (GU), and 28 normal persons. Results showed that the serum IgG antibody levels to HSV-1 in patients with active DU (0.83±0.29U) were significantly higher than those of normal persons (0.55±0.36U, P<0.01).Patients with active GU had higher mean serum IgG antibody levels to HSV-1(0.71 ± 0.30 U) than normal control apersons (0.55±0.36U, P<0.025).HSV-l antigen in gastric and duodenal mucosa was examined by using avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) in 20 patients with DU, 8 patients with GU and 20 normal persons. The positive rate of HSV-1 antigen in gastric mucosa in patients with DU (40%) was significantiy higher than that in patients with GU(0%) and normal persons (10%). The positive rate of HSV-1 antigen in duodenal mucosa in patients with DU(20%)was sinificantly higher than that in normal persons (%). These results suggest that there might be an association between active DU and HSV-1 infection; however, further studies will be required to define the nature of this relationship more precisely.
