通讯总线在高压变频器与DCS通讯中的应用

The Application of Communication Field Bus in Communication between High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive and DCS

通过新疆独山子天利高新技术有限公司甲乙酮装置的高压变频器的自动控制方案,简要介绍了Profibus协议和Mod bus协议的结构、特点,以及两种协议在该控制方案中与多台不同设备通讯中的应用。并对高压变频器内部控制设备做了分析和介绍。最后着重对Profibus协议与DCS通讯方式和程序做了介绍。

Brief introduction of structure and characteristic of Profibus protocol and Modbus protocol according to their application in our butanone plant for the service of high voltage frequency control,as well as the application of two protocols which link various communication units in our plant are introduced.Also the analysis of internal control device of the high voltage frequency is described.In the end,the communication mode between Profibus and DCS and the communication program is presented.
