用PCR技术扩增恙虫病立克次体Sta58主要抗原基因的部分片段

AMPLIFICATION OF A FRAGMENT OF Sta 58 MAJOR ANTIGEN GENE OF Rickettsia tsutsugamushi USING POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION

参照国外发表的恙虫病立克次体Karp株sta58全基因序列,合成1对DNA引物(27个碱基和23个碱基),以Karp DNA为模板,成功扩增了长约Ikb的DNA片段。将PCR技术应用于立克次体研究,为今后用PCR检测立克次体以及立克次体分子克隆研究起了探索作用。

With reference to the sequence of the Sta 58 major antigen gene of Rickettsia tsutsu-gamushi(strain Karp), a pair of DNA primers (27 base and 23 base) is synthesized. And a one kilobase fragment of sta 58 is amplified using polymerase chain reaction with the primers. The success will promote the research in molecular biology of Rickettsiae in the country.
