摘要
文章中论述了在大量调查研究的基础上 ,建立了渔港等级评估指标体系 ,综合运用专家咨询法和层次分析法确定各指标权重 ,运用模糊评估法进行渔港等级评定。渔港等级模糊评估法为一个全新的渔港等级评定方法 ,可供渔港管理部门进行渔港等级评估时参考。
Based on a lot of researches,the paper established an index system for evaluation of fishing port grades,calculated the distributive values of indexes by Delphi and AHP and evaluated the grade of fishing ports with fuzzy evaluation method,which is a completely new and scientific method to evaluate the grades of fishing ports grades.This method can be referenced by the managerial authorities of fishing ports.
