体外循环期间乌司他丁对肺功能的保护作用 被引量:10

摘要 乌司他丁在手术中可以保护重要器官的功能[1],近年逐渐应用于体外循环(CPB)的心脏手术中.本研究将通过观察乌司他丁对体外循环期间体液因子变化的影响,探讨其肺功能保护作用的可能机制.
