摘要
目的 探讨复方硫酸铝注射液犬膀胱粘膜下注射的作用机制。方法 采用肉眼、光镜等组织病理学方法观察不同剂量复方硫酸铝注射液 (0 .5、1.0、1.5、2 .0、5 .0、10 .0ml)犬膀胱粘膜下注射的效果及其作用机制。结果 复方硫酸铝浸润膀胱组织的范围与深度具有剂量依赖性 ;误入血管或穿透膀胱壁可造成血管壁或肌层坏死 ,4周后纤维化愈合 ;镜下可见局部组织凝固性坏死、白细胞浸润、成纤维细胞增生。结论 注射部位凝固性坏死的直接杀伤作用、局部免疫力增加的间接杀伤作用、促进纤维化的机械屏障作用是复方硫酸铝注射液膀胱粘膜下注射抗肿瘤的作用机制。
Objective To study the effects and mechanisms of bladder submucosal injection of compound aluminum sulfate injection in dogs,and to investigate its efficacy and safety of submucosal injection therapy.Methods The pathological and morphological changes of the bladder tissue in dogs were studied by the gross examination and light microscopy to assess the effects of different concentrations of compound aluminum sulfate injection (0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,5.0,10.0 ml).Results The penetration of compound aluminum sulfate in the dogs bladder tissue was positively correlated with the concentrations of compound aluminum sulfate.The necrosis of blood vessel wall or muscular layer was caused by mistakable injection into the blood vessel or penetration of bladder wall,and fibrosis healing was found in 4 weeks.The coagulation necrosis,leukocytic infiltration and fibroblast proliferation in local injection tissues were observed by using sections of bladder wall.Conclusion The coagulation necrosis,the increased local immunity and fibrotic machinery barrier might be the main anti-tumor mechanisms of compound aluminum sulfate injection.These suggested the submucosal administration of compound aluminum sulfate might clinically serve as a potentially important therapy for treating superficial bladder carcer.
