垃圾焚烧飞灰污染特性及其控制对策 被引量:13

摘要 分析了上海浦东御桥垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾焚烧过程的二次污染物———飞灰的污染特性,得出结论:飞灰中Pb和Hg的浸出浓度超过我国危险废物鉴别标准,属于危险废物;飞灰中含有毒有害的二类物质,为0.98~1.50ngTEQ/g;溶解盐含量高达17.4%~21.9%。结合国内外的飞灰管理现状,建议对飞灰先进行适当处理以稳定其中的Pb、Cd、Zn和Hg,达到我国危险废物浸出毒性鉴别标准后,再单独填埋(含渗滤液收集系统、底衬和覆盖层等)。 The APC residues sampled from Shanghai Yuqiao Waste- to- energy Plant, the secondary pollutant produced by the process of waste incineration, were analyzed to study their pollution characteristics It is concluded that, the APC residues are hazardous waste as their concentrations of Pb and Hg exceed the limit value in the National Identification Standard for Hazardous Wastes - Extraction Procedure Toxicity; the concentrations of dioxin and soluble salts are 0 98~ 1 50 ng TEQ/g and 17 4% ~ 21 9% respectively Combined with the status of APC residues treatment and disposal both at home and abroad,a management strategy was proposed that, suitable solidification/stabilization or other treatment methods should be used to stabilize APC residues, especially for Pb, Cd, Zn and Hg, and then they can be monolandfilled with leachate collecting system, bottom liner and landfill cover if they are up to the National Identification Standard for Hazardous Wastes
