高位颈髓:体表与内脏伤害性传入的整合器 被引量:4

摘要 高位颈髓 (C1~C3)固有神经元接受不同内脏的传入活动 ,对两个相隔一定神经节段内脏器官的感觉传入发挥强有力的相互抑制作用。内脏传入的调制在C1横断脊髓后仍然存在 ,但在C6切断脊髓后消失。化学激活C1~C2 神经元能抑制内脏伤害性刺激引起的反应。
