摘要 微磨料气射流加工工艺在加工制作脆性材料微构件、微机电系统(MEMS)微器件以及脆性材料的平面图案、微细孔槽结构时具有高效率、低成本的优势,该文分析了微磨料气射流加工原理,总结了国内外研究状况、技术发展趋势和应用前景。
