摘要 在水轮发电机组状态检修系统中,振动信号为故障诊断提供了丰富的信息。实际的振动波形表明,机组的振动信号具有非平稳性,其波形具有分形特征。通过对不同振动故障类型的分形特性研究和分形维数的计算,结果表明分形维数与故障类型之间存在某种对应关系。用分形的方法处理机组的振动信号的方法是有效、简单和可行的。 In the status-overhaul system of hydraulic power sets, vibration signal contains enough information about the fault. In fact, vibration wave shows that vibration signal of power sets is non-stationary and has fractal characteristics. In this paper, fractal characteristics of different fault are studied, and their fractal dimensions are computed. Results showed that fractal dimension does have some correspondence with the type of fault. The result has proved that this method is effective, briefness and feasible.
