兰州地区胎儿心脏测量

The Measurement of the Fetal Hearts in Lanzhou

本文对兰州地区60例新鲜流产胎儿(男35例,女25例),进行了身长、体重、心脏重量及心脏各径线的测量。结果表明,上述各值均随胎龄增加而增加,但以6～8月龄增加最显著。心脏重量与体重之比为6.49‰,卵圆孔最大径与最小径之比等于1:0.83。有10例胎儿心脏的卵圆孔各径线相等,几呈圆形,占总数的16.67％肺动脉与主动脉内径之比等于1:0.77。

60 fresh abortive fetus were studied, including 35 male and 25 female. Their body height, body weight, weight and various diameters of the heart (the long diameter, the transvers diameter and anterior-posterior diameter) were measured. The results showed that the data of above mentioned measurement increase with increase of the age of these fetus, the most remarkable increase being in the 6～8 month ages. The proportion of the weight of the heart to the body weight eq. uals 6.49％. The proportion of maximum diameter to the minimum Of the ovoid foramen equals 1:0.83. Round foramina were observed in 10 cases that constitute 16.67％ of the total number. The propor tion of the inside diameter of the pulmonary artery to that of the aorta equals 1: 0.77.
