摘要
为推广应用兰州碳素厂生产的人工碳素股骨头,1984年我们承担了碳素股骨头的奥氏体不锈钢柄的研制任务。在原上海Ⅰ型股骨头柄的基础上进行了修改。在柄插入头的轴部钻三排纵孔,将柄上部内外侧面横形加宽1~4 mm;使柄的轴和干部直角改成曲线角;再将奥氏体不锈钢柄作了应力测试和动物埋置试验,动物实验结果满意;测试证明改良的金属柄适宜于生物力学结构。1986年我们将这种新型碳钢组合股骨头应用于临床。
In order to mate with the artifical femoral head of Lanzhou Carbon Factory, we undertook a task for designment and making a kind of Austenitic stainless steel stem in 1984. The designed stem was altered on the basis of 'Shanghai Type I', Three holes were drilled on the neck where the carbon head insert. Both lateral and medial surfaces of upper of the stem were transversely widered by 1—4 mm. Right angle between the axis and the shaft was changed into the curve angle. The austenitic stainless steel stem was made with stress measurement and animal implanted experiment. The result of animal experiments was ideal. It shows the improved stem accord with the principle of biomechanics by stress mesurement. This kind of new femoral head has been used in clinic since 1986.
