摘要
本文研究了以稀土固体超强酸为催化剂 ,氯乙酸与丙醇反应合成氯乙酸丙酯。考察了诸因素对酯收率的影响。实验结果表明 :SO2 -4/TiO2 /La3 +是合成氯乙酸丙酯的良好催化剂。最适宜的反应条件为 :氯乙酸与丙醇的量比为 1∶1.5 ,催化剂的用量占反应物总重量的 2 .5 % ,反应温度 10 0~ 110℃ ,反应时间 2h ,在上述条件下 ,酯收率达到 87.1%。
Propyl chloroacetate was synthesized by esterification of chloroacetic acid with propanol in the presence of rare earth solid super acid, SO 2- 4/TiO 2 /La 3+ . The results obtained indicate that SO 2- 4/TiO 2 /La 3+ possesses a fairly catalytic activity. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: The molar ratio of chloroacetic acid to propanol is 1:1.5, the quantity of catalyst equals to 2.5%feed stock, the reaction temperature is 100~110℃, and the reaction time is 120 minutes, its yield can reach 87.1%.
