摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸 - β-羟丙酯为原料 ,合成了自乳化水性聚氨酯光敏性树脂 ,经三乙醇胺中和后 ,可得到 1 0 0nm粒径大小的稳定体系 ,用红外光谱对树脂结构进行分析 ,讨论了胺中和度对涂膜的影响。用合成的微凝胶对涂膜进行改性研究 ,结果表明 ,随着微凝胶的加入 ,涂膜的耐水性。
A self emulsified aqueous polyurethane photosensitive resin has been prepared with isophorone diisocyanate, polyether polyol, dimethylol propionic acid and β-hydroxypropyl acrylate as raw materials, which is then neutralized with triethanolamine to form a 100 nm particle size stable system. The structure of the resin is characterized by use of infrared spectrum; and the influence of neutralization with amine on the coatings film is discussed. The prepared microgel is used for modification of the coatings film. It has shown that incorporation of microgel will improve the water resistance and hardness of the coatings film.
