摘要 考察了聚丙烯酰胺分散剂和 2 -氨基 - 2 -甲基 - 1 -丙醇 (AMP- 95 )对纳米TiO2 -水分散液的平均粒径和Zeta电位的影响 ,确定了各自的最佳加入量。并制备出纳米TiO2 -苯乙烯 -丙烯酸聚合物乳液 ,制得纳米TiO2 复合有机抗菌涂膜。结果表明 ,聚丙烯酰胺的最佳加入量为 2 % ,AMP - 95的最佳加入量为 % ,且经透射电镜 (TEM)观察 ,有机涂料的TiO2颗粒分散性良好 ,平均粒径为 5 0nm ;该有机涂膜经自然光照 2 4h后 ,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率可达 84 %。 The influence of ammonium acrylate dispersant and 2-amino-2-mehtyl-1-propanol (AMP-95) on the average particle size and Zeta potential of nano TiO 2 water dispersion is investigated. The amount of each ingredient is finalized. A nano TiO 2 -styrene-acrylic emulsion is prepared, which is further formulated into TiO 2 compound organic bactericidal coatings. It has shown that the optimum amount of ammonium acrylate is 2%, and AMP-95 1%. The TiO 2 particle is well dispersed in the system by use of TEM, the average particle size is 50 nm. After 24 h exposure to natural light, 84% of colibacillus could be killed.
