对微型车前、后保险杠的涂装工艺进行简化 ,优化保险杠面漆质量。从底漆、金属闪光底色漆到罩光面漆实行“3涂 1烘”工艺 ,节约生产成本及能源消耗。

The finishing technology for front and rear bumpers of minibuses is simplified and optimized. A '3C1B' (three coating and one baking) finishing technology is realized for primer, metallic basecoat and top clear coatings, therefore to simplify the application technology for PP plastics, and reduce the cost and energy consumption. The related technology is also described.
