摘要
气候变化是人类社会所面临的一个巨大挑战。本文回顾了从气候变化到可持续发展的认识过程 ,并从经济、社会和环境角度验证了气候变化与可持续发展的关系。纵观政府间气候变化委员会报告的评估内容以及国际气候谈判的发展历程 ,国际社会已经认识到走可持续发展道路是解决气候变化问题惟一有效的途径。
Climate change has become a huge challenge to human society.This essay reviews the learning process in the connection of climate change to sustainable development,and then validates their close relationship from economic,social,and environmental perspectives respectively.By examining the assessment reports of the International Program of Climate Change (IPCC) and the evolution of international climate negotiations,it is self-evident that the international community has realized that sustainable development is the only effective solution to climate change.
