摘要
以阴 /非离子型及反应型乳化剂作为复合乳化剂体系 ,以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体进行高固含量苯乙烯 /丙烯酸酯微乳液聚合研究 ,获得了固含量达 4 0 %、乳化剂总用量为 3 0 %、乳液粒径为37 0nm的聚合物微乳液。讨论了聚合方法、乳化剂、反应温度、单体滴加速度、搅拌强度等因素对微乳液聚合的影响。
The polymerization of styrene-acrylate microemulsion with high solid-content was studied based on using anionic/nonionic and reactive emulsifier as complex emulsifier, and styrene, methylmethacrylate and n-butyl acrylate as monomers. When the amount of used emulsifier was 3%, the microemulsion polymer with solid-content up to 40%, and particle size of 37 nm was obtained. The influences of polymerizing technology, emulsifier, reaction temperature, monomer dropping speed, and stirring intensity on microemulsion polymerization were discussed.
