摘要
兰州某宾馆新增外装饰工程———玻璃幕墙,由于装饰公司的疏忽,导致立柱骨架进料不能满足工程的承载能力要求。为了确保工程质量和减少经济损失,决定对立柱骨架进行加固处理。首先分析装饰结构与原结构的实际传力途径,建立与实际相吻合的力学分析模型,验算立柱骨架的相关力学性能指标,并结合工程现场实际情况和施工技术条件,利用基于抗弯刚度的弯矩分配理论,提出科学合理、切实可行的加固处理方案。从而保证工程的安全可靠性和工期,在很大程度上降低了工程造价。
This paper deals with the strengthening design of glass curtain for a hotel in Lanzhou. Due to an oversight the principal skeleton of the hotel did not meet the need of load-bearing capacity in practice. In order to assure the project quality and reduce the economic loss, strengthening of the principal skeleton was imperative. Firstly, based on analyzing the load transferred path, the equivalent mechanics model was set up to check the related mechanics properties. Then considering the site conditions and construction level and adopting the moment distribution theory based on rigidity, the strengthening scheme was put forward so scientifically and feasibly, as to ensure the reliability and construction period of the project, and lower the cost.
