摘要
建筑工程消防安全管理(以下简称建筑消防管理)是贯彻落实"预防为主、防消结合"的消防工作方针的重要组成部分。现行建筑消防管理模式已不适应生产力发展水平和建筑消防技术进步的要求。本文以现代管理学的视角,对建筑消防管理改革中如何建立有效的监督制约机制和激励机制进行了初步研究。
Fire safety management of buildings is a vital part of implementing the policy of 'Putting prevention first and combining prevention and fire-fighting'. The current mode of fire safety management of buildings can't satisfy the requirements of the growth in productivity and the advance in fire technologies. The paper, in terms of modern management, discusses how to establish the effective supervision & incentive mechanism for the fire safety management of buildings.
